When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 24hrs from the receipt of the cancelation request; however, it could take a minimum of 3 business days and a maximum of 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.
What if I want to change my travel plan?
Rescheduling is permitted however on payment of amendment fees which differ from airline to airline. Please write to us with your request at least 30hrs prior to departure. Anything less than 30hrs should be made directly with the airline.
